Seller Agreement & Commission Policy

Operational rules for PasarMalam merchants.

Seller Agreement

By registering as a seller, you agree to provide accurate identity, shop, phone, pickup address and payout bank details. PasarMalam can review, approve, reject, suspend or request more documents where needed.

Identity verification is compulsory at registration.
SSM/business registration can be uploaded later, but may be required for higher limits, business verification badge and larger payout approval.
Bank account name should match seller/business ownership as closely as possible for payout safety.

Product Listing Rules

Photos, title, category, price, condition, warranty, stock and description must be accurate.
Used goods must be marked used. Negotiable goods must be marked price can be nego.
Restricted, illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, misleading or stolen items may be hidden and seller payouts may be held for review.

Order & Shipping Rules

Seller must pack and ship orders according to the selected logistics method.
Seller must update order status honestly: packed, shipped, delivered, completed or cancelled.
Late shipment, cancellation and dispute rate may affect seller performance and visibility.

Return / Refund Rules

Seller must respond to return/refund/change goods requests with evidence where needed.
If buyer submits a valid request before the deadline, escrow may move to dispute hold.
Admin may approve refund, reject refund, request change goods, or hold payout during investigation.

Launch rule: PasarMalam charges commission only. The RM0.50 fixed order fee is delayed until later.

Payout Policy

Seller earnings are calculated from gross paid completed order minus platform commission.
Admin can approve, hold, reject or mark payout paid. Payout proof URL may be recorded.
Payout may be held for refund dispute, suspicious account activity, wrong bank details or pending verification.
